Angel trips over a box and twists her ankle. Crying in pain and hold her ankle she drags herself to get an ice pack, and hops on one foot to find Ace bandages to wrap her ankle. Changing her clothes, she puts a pillow under her foot and applies the ice. She wraps the ankle in the Ace bandage and places a second pillow under it. Later She unwraps the ankle and reapplies the ice. Finally, when the swelling is down she re-wraps the ankle.
